If it wasn't your fault, you shouldn't be out of pocket or off the road. We deal with the insurer, repair the car to approved standards and put you in a courtesy vehicle while we do it.
After an incident
You've had a bump. Here is what happens.
At the scene
- Check for injuries and call 999 if anyone is hurt.
- Move to a safe place.
- Photograph both vehicles and the scene.
- Take the other driver's details.
- Note any witnesses or CCTV.
- Report it to your insurer.
- Then call us, and we take it from there.

What we will ask you for
- Your driving licence, front and back.
- Vehicle and insurance details.
- Photos or video of the damage.
- The other party's details.

Private repairs, priced before we start
Not claiming? Some damage is not worth the excess. We assess the car, give you a fixed price before we touch it, and repair it to the same standard as an insurance job.
Your car, properly inspected
Photographs never show everything. We put the car on the ramp, find what is behind the panel and confirm the work, the parts and the timescale with you before anything starts.
You get the car back finished and checked, or we bring it to you.
